    I experienced an issue with my Hive system where it appeared that the components weren't talking to the television so I couldn't watch anything. This happened on a Saturday evening so I called Hive on Sunday afternoon and left a message. Tim called me early on Monday and everything was up and working before 9 am. I was thrilled. Tim was able to do all of the troubleshooting remotely, walking me through the steps to try to uncover the problem in a way that was very clear to me what I was being asked to do. Fortunately it turned out to be something fairly simple and had nothing to do with my Hive system. It seems a DirecTV update was getting in the way of the system and the TV communicating with each other. Tim was my hero today! thank you!
