I also interacted with Pete Sapienza from the finance department, who provided helpful information regarding a tire protection package I was considering. Although I initially opted to purchase it, Pete mentioned I had a 60-day window to request a refund if needed. After some additional research, I realized the package overlapped with my regular insurance coverage and decided to request a refund. While the process took some time, Pete and Brian assisted in ensuring the refund was completed. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend working with Brian Shadduck at Audi Cherry Hill for his responsiveness and professional approach.
