I had an excellent experience with ATX Trees and highly recommend their services. I contacted them to try and improve my backyard and was directed to Bert, who was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns. I ordered three oak trees, and within three days, they were installed. Although I lost one of the trees, ATX Trees quickly replaced it with a new oak without any problems. Their professionalism and efficiency have left a great impression, and I will keep them in mind for future projects.

The owner was also very hands on in the tree selection process and was a great help making my vision come to life. My husband and I went to the Dripping Springs location, and learned so much from the owner. He took us around the lot, educated us about the types of trees he grows and also how to care for them. We ended up purchasing 3 Live Oak trees. The delivery, planting and irrigation was done by three talented and knowledgeable gentlemen that came to our home and spent the time to make sure the job was done right. Not only did they do a good job, but made sure the water pressure for the irrigation system was appropriate for the three trees. My husband and I are extremely happy with the installation, their work ethic and the dedication to their craft is beyond amazing! Thank you!!! Highly recommend!!!

Working with Albert of ATX Trees was a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and helped us stay within our budget. We ran into an issue with watering restrictions in our neighborhood/not being able to water frequently, so Albert worked to find a solution for us and got us on a watering schedule where a water truck comes by a few times a week to water our trees. ATX trees definitely went above and beyond and I feel confident in the investment with the one year warranty that goes along with purchase. Thanks ATX Trees!

I will try to keep this brief but there is so much to say. We have a very big yard and only two small trees, so we have been looking around for quite some time. Our ground is mostly rocks with a little dirt (northwest Austin in the Hill Country). I have spoken to Albert several times over the years because our ground is so hard, and I worry about the installation, which seems to be the problem with all the other nurseries. Albert assured me they would do whatever it took to dig the holes and get them properly installed. We went to pick one tree this past weekend, but they were all so healthy and HUGE that we ended up choosing three trees. The experience was very enjoyable. A few days later, I was called to schedule installation, and they came out the next morning. Highlights: They showed up at 9:30, exactly when they said they would. Four men showed up (they were big trees). They had a jackhammer and shovels. They were very polite and worked with me on placement (turning them when I picked a different side to face the house). They spent time making sure the trees were perfectly straight. They hauled away all the old dirt and rocks (taking the rocks they dug up was great) They built a berm around the trees to help with watering. They installed tubing to help with daily watering. They put in metal poles and wiring to keep the trees straight as they grow. They checked to make sure I was happy with each tree installation as they did it. They made sure I was pleased with everything before they left. The area was as clean when they left as when they arrived. (This is a big deal because several contractors have left old water bottles and trash at our house before.) Albert called to ensure I was pleased with the work and is coming later today or tomorrow to install a timer for the water. I could not be more thrilled! The trees look gorgeous, and the surrounding area is tidy and well-manicured. We are already planning where we will put more trees next year. If you are at all considering investing in trees, you should take the drive out to see them. You will not be disappointed. I would give more stars if I could because ATX Trees is better than what I would consider another company's excellent.
